Cycling Tynedale series of Gravel Bike events 2021 / 2022: Your Questions Answered
This is a new series of monthly Day Bike Ride Events most of which are of 45 km /55 km distance (each loop has a shorter option) departing different locations in Northumberland on the third Sunday of most months. Each route will be as much off-road as possible with some sections of minor road.

Subject to Covid 19 restrictions, the Tyne Valley AGM and Open Evening is planned for Monday 8th March 2021 (please put it in your diary) for which 3 interesting speakers are already lined up. All members and friends are welcome to attend. Note: Usual AGM stuff is always pre-voted and kept to an absolute minimum.

Welcome to our review of 2019 which was our 10 anniversary. Once again the club was very active and for the first time in excess of 50 rides of all types were organised comprising many evening rides (including dark nights with lights), numerous day rides and multi day rides.

Female cyclist Jenny Graham cycled around the world in 124 days breaking the world record by 20 days. Cycling 15 hours daily and averaging 156 miles per day, Jenny rode 18,000 miles unsupported across 4 continents and through 16 countries carrying all her kit.
2018 Review
Welcome to our 2018 review. The club was very active in 2018 with many evening rides (including dark nights with lights), numerous day rides, we rode the off-road version of the Reivers Cycle Route; the west part of the Southern Upland Way by MTB and the entire road version of that route.
